10 Hour Block:

Package of up to 10 hours with no additional taxes and/or fees. Buy hours in bulk to receive discount rate.

50 Hour Block:

Package of up to 50 hours with no additional taxes and/or fees. Buy hours in bulk to receive discount rate.

100 Hour Block:

Package of up to 100 hours with no additional taxes and/or fees. Buy hours in bulk to receive discount rate.

Unused time will remain as a credit on your account for future use. There are no cash refunds. Tasks are completed within 2-3 business days. Urgent requests that need 'same day' or 'within 24 hours'; will incur an additional, 'rush delivery' fee of $75 for what is considered an 'extra mile' service.

On-Site service is billed in 1/2 hour increments and is subject to additional taxes and/or fees.

Emergency Response:

Avalon Consulting Studios can respond to any technical problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service that requires immediate attention or falls outside normal business hours is subject to an emergency response fee in addition to the relevant hourly service rate.
