In addition to the traditional computer to computer connectivty, tight integration of their various audio/video applications was required, such as those used on a multitude of mobile phones and websites, easy access to a centralized messaging and calendaring system, as well as secure file transfer and general multimedia presentation tools.

The client required a secure method of conducting video conferencing between their small home office (SOHO) and their business partners' location on the West Coast. It also had to function when either parties were travelling, whether that be domestically or internationally.
The solution had to include both desktop and laptop computers and be able to utilize relatively inexpensive and slower internet connections, whether that be local wi-fi or a busy network providers' bandwidth.
Basic screen and file sharing were also made available, that saved the client much time and expense, alleviating the need to use couriers to exchange documents and hours saved when trying to explain something on the phone that just took a few minutes either during a screen sharing or video conference session.
